sometimes, LOVE shines a light so bright that it wakes us up out of a deep sleep, even when we are wrapped in cocoons.
I AM AWAKE! amazed at the idea of so much more to come. AWAKENING! stretching my Self out, wing-tip to wing-tip, experiencing the FREEDOM of my transformation, feeling the warmth of LOVE tracing my face, down the bridge of my nose. i remember before the cocoon, wrapping myself around my other… the light was filtered.
sometimes i doze, exhausted by deep dreams of stretching, endless stretching. the RELEASE of a great compression, my LONGING wakes me up, yet this CHANGING seems to go on and on. it is unclear what is me and what is before. memories do the mad dictator dance. but i am like a plant, i lean myself into the LIGHT, into LOVE and feeling my longing burst into FLAME. am i consummed or is it just my cocoon?
